Shipping Policy

Greenex Nutrition is informing to our user before placing an order through GXN website that they are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions outlined by the company. These terms are used to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of the agreement and to provide a set of expectations for our services.

General guideline
This statement indicates that the processing time for orders on our Supplements website is 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. When the order is processed, the customer will receive a confirmation message or email, similarly a notification when the order will be shipped. The shipping process normally takes 2-10 days, it may be delayed during huge traffic or due to issues with postal services that are beyond the control of Greenex Nutrition.

Shipping Costs Policy:
It is noted that shipping cost for their order will be calculated during the checkout process based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in their orders. The payment for shipping will be collected along with the purchase, as a final price for shipping order. Currently, Greenex Nutrition is providing the shipping service at zero cost i.e. no need to pay extra charges as shipping cost or delivery charges.

Return Policy:
•  Return- Due to Change of Mind.
Please note that returns due to change of mind are accepted within 7 days of receipt of item and the item must be in original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping and it will be refunded in the form of gogxn wallet credit. For more detail contact us at Email: [email protected] to initiate the return process and also send it to the provided address. However, Shipping costs are not refundable in return policy.

•  Return- Based on Warranty
GXN will honour valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. The customer is responsible for pre-paying return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon successful warranty claim. The warranty claim will be processed within 7 to 10 days of receipt of items. Upon confirmation of the warranty claim, the customer will have the option of either a refund to their Payment method or a refund in gogxn wallet or a replacment item (if available in stock).


Dispatch Time:
•  Shipments are generally dispatched as soon as orders are placed or within 1-3 working days. Some of common reasons that might affect usual dispatch time are given below: 

Out of Stock
•  If an item is out of stock, GXN will dispatch the available items immediately and send the remaining items once they are back in stock.

Lockdown or Epidemic
•  In case of any kind of Epidemic like lockdown, you might have to wait for indefinite time. In this case we are completely bound with the government policies.
•  Unusual delay of delivery.
•  If delivery is getting delayed than usual time, please contact our support team, so that we can get proper details for delay and take right action for delay.

During dispatch, customers receive a tracking link that allows them to follow the progress of their shipment, based on updates provided by the shipping agency or provider.
•  If a Parcel is damaged during Shipping:
•  If a parcel is damaged during shipping or transmission, the customer is advised not accept the parcel from courier if possible and to contact our Customer support.  Moreover, if the parcel was delivered during Customer's absence, they can also contact customer service for further instructions. You should do unboxing with proper video recording or you can ask delivery boy to open the box.


Duties and Taxes Policy:
•  The customs, duties and taxes on products purchased from Greenex Nutrition vary from product to product. In case of International order, it is the responsibility of customer to check and pay any applicable customs, duties, and taxes that may be charged on shipments.

The customer is responsible to bear all fees imposed during or after shipping such as Tariffs and Taxes, as these are not included in the Product prices or in the Shipping fees. The customer is also responsible for paying any additional charges that may be incurred. Currently we are not accepting any kind of International order, hope so we'll serve globally very soon.
